Steering Your Ship Through Rough Waters: Lessons on Leadership from Captain Phillips
In April 2009 while aboard the vessel Maersk Alabama, Captain Phillips and his crew were held captive by armed Somalis. Captain Phillips will explain why and how he had to make decisions quickly, calmly, and efficiently as the leader of his vessel.
