REGISTRATION FEES
Each individual must be registered at the appropriate rate. To take advantage of the early-bird discount, your registration form or online registration must be received in the TCMA office by May 31. If you register by mail, please send your payment and registration form to TCMA Annual Conference, 1821 Rutherford Lane, Suite 400, Austin, Texas 78754.

*Special members include TCMA members who have joined since July 1, 2019; first-time attendees from cities with a population of less than 5,000; members of statewide assistants’ organizations who are NOT TCMA members; and academicians.
The delegate registration fees include all sessions, handouts, a conference bag, refreshment breaks, Thursday Welcome Reception, and Sunday Continental Breakfast. All of the following events are priced separately and tickets can be ordered at time of registration: Friday Awards Luncheon, Friday Social Event, and Saturday Networking Luncheon.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS MAY NOT ATTEND OR REGISTER AS A SPOUSE, GUEST OR YOUTH.
The spouse/guest and youth registration fee includes the Thursday Welcome Reception and the Sunday Continental Breakfast; all other special events are priced separately, and tickets can be ordered at time of registration. Spouses/guests and older youth are welcome to attend educational sessions.
FRIDAY NIGHT SOCIAL EVENT (SOLD OUT)
On Friday, June 28, join your friends and colleagues at the Fort Worth Zoo. This event includes dinner, a wildlife photo opportunity, and an exclusive hippo and giraffe feeding experience. Cash bar will be available.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Omni Fort Worth Hotel, located at 1300 Houston Street, has offered a room rate of $179. (Please note that TCMA Annual Conference attendees are NOT exempt from hotel occupancy taxes). Hotel provides valet parking.
Rates and room availability cannot be guaranteed after May 31.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by May 31. No refunds will be honored after May 31.
GOLF
Please use the separate golf form to register for the golf tournament, and return your registration to the address provided on the form (do not return to TCMA). The tournament is scheduled for 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 27, Rockwood Park Golf Course, located at 1851 Jacksboro Highway in Fort Worth. The cost is $40 per player.
CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Casual attire is traditional for all TCMA Annual Conference events.
